Escondido is located just north of San Diego in Southern California. The word Escondido, which means "hidden" in Spanish, is perfect as the city itself is nestled in a long valley with the coastal mountains. The city is located around one hundred miles south of Los Angeles and about thirty miles northeast of San Diego. Escondido is a beautiful, vibrant community surrounded by avocado groves and citrus.

Escandido is home to a lot of individuals of all income levels.
