Each scholarship entitles the awardee to receive up to $4,000 over a six-year period to defray expenses for tuition, books, or maintenance in any college or school of nursing approved by the committee. Acceptance of one of these scholarships does not preclude the winner from enjoying any other scholarship the awardee may win unless other restrictions prevail.

- A child or stepchild of a currently paid-up member of a Knights of Columbus Council in Pennsylvania.
