The EMC Engineering Scholarship will award 2 students up to $5,000 each with the opportunity to renew up to 4 years (with reapplication).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Alaska Resident
- Graduating High School seniors or current undergraduates planning to pursue a 4 year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar
- Applicants must be enrolled/planning to enroll full-time in a 4-year Alaska-based degree program
- Applicant should demonstrate academic motivation and success
- Applicant must have demonstrated financial need
- Applicant should demonstrate leadership qualities, evidenced through extracurricular and community involvement and letters of recommendation.
Applicants will be asked to provide:
- High School transcript
- Personal essays
- Resume
- 2 Letters of Recommendation
- Financial statement
IMPORTANT: Scholarship recipients must submit their student ID number and program information to ACF through the online system before their award can be disbursed. If we do not receive the above information by June 30, 2024, the scholarship may not be awarded.
