Since 1986, the Delaware Community Foundation has been helping individuals and organizations establish charitable funds and award grants. Many of our donors who care about education create scholarship funds to help individuals like you with rising education costs.
You can apply for the majority of our scholarships by completing the DCF’s online general application. Some scholarships require more information which you will be notified of after completing the general application. You may be eligible for more than one scholarship. There is no cap on the number of awards or amount you can receive.
The booklet is separated into two parts by county: The first part lists scholarships covered by the online general application. Unique scholarships listed in the second part of the book require a separate application, and instructions are provided.
We are proud to award approximately $400,000 in scholarships each year! The DCF partners with generous donors who create scholarship funds to build opportunity through education. Each year, we evaluate hundreds of applications and award dozens of scholarships to students throughout Delaware.
