Eligibility
These scholarship awards are for students who are graduates of Iowa high schools and are considered undergraduate students, currently enrolled as a full-time student and in good standing in any post-secondary school at the start of the fall term in which the awards are offered. Any changes, intentional or otherwise, in the status of a student may cause the award to be rescinded.
Students must have earned 45 credits by January 1, 2023 to be eligible for the Winner's Circle Undergraduate Scholarships. The classification of the student is based on credits (e.g. sophomore, junior or etc.) and must be accurate at the beginning of the fall term to receive the award. Typically, a student having earned 30, 60 or 90 credits will be classified as a sophomore, junior or senior respectively. The only exception to this will be the case where a student is described as "direct-from-high-school", entering the a post-secondary institution in the fall following an Iowa high school graduation.
