The Michael T. Martin Memorial Scholarship is open to all individuals who have a keen interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry. Whether you are a high school graduate, a current college student, or someone looking to transition into the construction field, this scholarship provides an excellent opportunity for support. We welcome applicants who are passionate about building a successful future in the construction industry.
The Nevada Contractors Association will award up to a $12,000 scholarship to an individual who is pursuing a degree, certificate, or trade program in the construction-related industry (ex: carpenter, project management, architecture, engineering, sheet metal, electrician, etc.). Student must complete the specific application portion and submit by deadline. Finalists will be scheduled for an interview.
Verification of college enrollment (class schedule) will be required during the summer before payment to the college. Scholarship funds may be applied toward tuition, fees and other appropriate educational expenses. These funds will may be disbursed per semester, upon verification of a 3.0 GPA.
